We are pleased to announce the opening of MOD Pizza at Houghton Town Center. They are located next to Denny’s, in front of TJ Maxx, Ross and Petco, open for dine-in and take out and ready to serve the Southeast Tucson community! Please stop by and bring your appetite.

Filiberto’s Mexican Food will soon be coming to Houghton Town Center on the vacant parcel across from Walmart SuperCenter and next to Realty Executives. They are expected to open Spring 2021.

We are excited to announce eegee’s has opened for business at Houghton Town Center, despite the challenges the COVID 19 Pandemic has thrown its way. Thank you for supporting this latest business to invest in and serve Southeast Tucson.

The health and safety of customers is a priority for retailers and the retail real estate industry. Houghton Town Center is monitoring updates provided by government agencies and retail associations including ICSC, the International Council of Shopping Centers and NRF, the National Retail Federation as the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve. Each retailer is addressing how best to meet customer needs and coordinating with employees and suppliers. Another exciting day at Houghton Town Center yesterday as we celebrated the Grand Opening of McDonald’s! Thank you to McDonald’s and Diaz Mgmt, Inc.for investing the Southeast Tucson and Houghton Town Center. Thank you to all who attended including Ward 4 Councilmember Nikki Lee, District 4 Pima County Supervisor Steve Christy, Greater Vail Chamber of Commerce President/CEO MaRico Tippett and the Empire High School Steel Drum Band.

The 3rd Annual Holidays at Houghton Town Center is quickly approaching. Please plan to join us for some great family fun and holiday shopping! We will have a jumpy castle, balloon artist, face painting, game truck, live entertainment, an appearance by Santa Claus himself, food and more! Saturday, December 7th from 10AM – 1PM in the Walmart parking lot at the SWC Houghton and Old Vail Roads.

What a fun morning we had at Houghton Town Center Monday! We celebrated Denny’s official Grand Opening and are so happy to have such a great community partner in Feast Foods who donated $2,000 to the Vail School District Foundation. Dusty from the Tucson Roadrunners hockey organization was there to spread some cheer. Please stop by and dine at Denny’s if you haven’t already. The staff is wonderful and friendly.
